Description
Hello, As part of the On&On Production practical project, we are recruiting participants for the female idol edition of the YouTube music talk/variety content ＜입가심＞. ＜입가심＞ is a music variety show where fans personally introduce their favorite artists and share what makes them appealing through talks and games. Three participants who enjoy the same genre will film together as one team, with two episodes filmed per team. Episode 1 will be an informational talk in the form of a guide for becoming a fan. Participants will talk about what got them into the artist, their experiences as fans, recommended songs, their favorite aspects of the artist, and recommended performances and content. A 60-second “promote your favorite artist” segment will also be included. Episode 2 will be game-based content featuring five balance games, a 0.5-second music quiz, prop-wearing challenges, penalties, and other reaction-focused variety segments. The entire shoot will center on natural conversations among the three participants, without a host. This time, we are looking for people who like female idol music and can comfortably share their thoughts. You do not have to be a fan of a specific artist to apply, as long as you can naturally talk about the female idols you like. The On&On Production hands-on experience project is a content production project operated around the actual process of creating YouTube content. Participants handle the entire process directly, from planning and filming to editing and uploading, with the goal of producing real content and uploading it to the channel rather than simply gaining an experience. Currently, the project focuses on music and variety-style YouTube content, and places importance on creating a filming environment where participants can take part naturally in a comfortable atmosphere. Main Project The main project currently underway is the YouTube music talk/variety content ‘入덕가이드 (working title)’. This content features fans talking about what made them become fans of their favorite artists, recommended songs, performances, and appealing qualities, while also playing lighthearted games together. Three participants who enjoy the same genre take part as a team, and a total of six episodes—two per team—are planned. Production is currently being prepared sequentially, beginning with the boy-group edition, followed by the girl-group and band editions. Responsibilities Within the project, I directly manage overall production tasks, including content planning, recruiting and communicating with participants, directing filming, editing, and upload management. Communication with participants, managing the filming site, and structuring the flow of the content are key priorities. Rather than focusing solely on appearances, the project is carried out with the aim of creating polished results together. Team Size The project is currently operated by a three-person production team. Although it is a small team, responsibilities are divided across planning, filming, editing, and uploading to follow an actual production process. Participant recruitment and filming schedules are coordinated as needed for each project.
