Rather than simply presenting property listings, this content delivers the distinctive features and advantages of each space in an easy and engaging way that viewers can understand. We welcome applications from candidates with bright, natural hosting skills and strong on-camera presence. Position Requirements - Female / aged 24–31 - Able to host naturally and confidently in front of the camera - Clear pronunciation and steady delivery - Available to participate in filming schedules nationwide - Interested in real estate, interior design, and lifestyle content Preferred Qualifications - Experience as an announcer, reporter, MC, or show host - Experience appearing in YouTube or social media content - Experience with real estate or space review content - Able to handle scripts naturally and improvise on location - Available for long-term regular hosting Filming Content This is an on-location review series visiting various real estate sites—including apartments, houses, and commercial spaces—to introduce their features and key points.
