Yuna (lead role) — A 20-year-old autistic girl with the intelligence of an approximately eight-year-old. She looks at her reclusive cousin with innocent eyes and calls him a monster. However, her family tries to hide his existence. The story unfolds as Yuna sees him exactly as he is.

Lee Hae-ri (lead role), a high school student with an older brother who has a borderline intellectual disability. Her parents’ attention is always focused on her brother, and because he is ill, they force Hae-ri alone to be considerate. Eventually, her suppressed feelings erupt, and she says to her mother for the first time what she has wanted to say.

Yoo Ji-a (lead role), a university student suffering from a persistent cough with no known cause. Her coughing gets worse whenever she sees her friend Seo-yoon. Then, inspired by Seo-yoon’s enigmatic words, ＜Say what you want to say out loud,＞ she finally voices the feelings and words she has kept hidden and held back.

Lee Hyeon-jeong (lead role), a high school student who skips evening self-study with her close friend to vent her frustrations. She is realistic and outspoken. One day, she tells her friend that she wishes there were a world like when they were young, where they could just play games and have fun. From then on, her friend obsessively shows Hyeon-jeong strange information about aliens. Disgusted by this behavior, Hyeon-jeong begins to blame her friend. Then her friend suddenly disappears, and Hyeon-jeong sets out to follow her friend’s trail.
