I was drawn to the way an MC creates an atmosphere and communicates with people at events, which led me to choose a career as a professional MC. The most rewarding moments for me are when I see people smiling while I am hosting an event. My strengths are: 1. An MC who inspires trust in event organizers I believe that a successful event is created together with the organizing team. Through my experience as a secretary, I developed not only practical skills such as schedule management, accounting, and office administration, but also strong communication skills grounded in a service-oriented mindset. I also strengthened my ability to respond quickly to frequent changes and handle unexpected situations. Drawing on these experiences, I will do my very best to be an MC who ensures thorough communication and meticulous preparation before an event, responds flexibly during the event, and delivers satisfaction afterward. 2. An MC who connects with people of all generations Through part-time work, corporate experience, and activities such as serving as president of a youth association, I learned how to communicate with people of various age groups. I approach children and teenagers with humor, hosting like an older sister or brother; I connect with people my age through empathy, hosting like a friend; and I approach seniors warmly and respectfully, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I shape the mood to suit each event and audience. I will be an MC who first empathizes with and understands every audience. 3. An MC who continues to grow I believe that becoming a good MC requires constant learning, preparation, and a broad perspective. To develop my abilities, I completed academy courses and have consistently participated as a staff member at and attended a wide range of events, working to improve my hosting skills and understanding of on-site operations. A single moment during an event can provide comfort and strength to some, and motivation to others. I will be an MC who gives the gift of meaningful moments, so that each one can remain a wonderful memory.
