Joe Nowell is an American actor and voice talent with roots in Seoul, Korea, and Southern California. He is a graduate of Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. He has acted and provided voice work in numerous Korean and American projects, including films, television and OTT productions (Netflix, Disney+), and commercials.
