Hello. I am an applicant who can communicate proactively on-site, drawing on my experience at a wide range of exhibitions, trade shows, and pop-up events. I have a bright and outgoing personality. I am comfortable meeting new people and can naturally take the initiative to start conversations, even with people I have just met. At events, I believe in approaching visitors first, starting conversations in a relaxed manner, and naturally encouraging their interest in the event and brand. Rather than simply carrying out assigned tasks, I quickly assess the atmosphere and visitors’ reactions and respond flexibly. I have worked at a variety of events and pop-ups, including the Gangwon-do Rejuran medical conference, the Banyan Tree Juvelook symposium, the Cafe Au Petit Vert pop-up event, the Nara Cellar winery event, the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 pop-up as a promoter, and a game pop-up store. Through experience at events with diverse characteristics—from medical conferences and brand events to café, winery, IT, and gaming pop-ups—I have developed the ability to interact with visitors according to each event’s atmosphere and target audience. I also have experience as a model and in concept shoots at places such as Oddity Mode, Clover Snap Photo, and Daisy Studio. This has given me confidence not only in acting naturally in front of the camera, but also in understanding and expressing the image a brand wants and the atmosphere of the event. I have advanced Japanese and intermediate English skills, and I am accustomed to speaking with people of various nationalities through my hobby of traveling abroad. I enjoy naturally conversing with foreigners and meeting new people while traveling, so I can comfortably handle everything from simple guidance and small talk to basic event-related communication. I believe that first impressions and proactive communication are especially important at trade shows like this one, where people from many different backgrounds visit. I have no hesitation about approaching people I have never met with a smile, and I enjoy creating a bright atmosphere. Drawing on my experience at various pop-ups and events, I will approach visitors in a friendly manner while quickly assessing each situation so that I can move efficiently without disrupting the event. With my strengths in diverse event experience, proactive communication, and customer service in Japanese and English, I would like to contribute actively to ensuring that everyone visiting the event can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant experience.
