I am Kim Yeon-jin, a senior advertising model and actress who turned 53 this year. Born and raised in Busan, I was often told from a young age that I had a strong personality and a natural flair for performance. The adults around me would even say, “What on earth is that child going to become when she grows up?” But as a child, my dream was to become an angel in white—a nurse. I achieved that dream and worked as a nurse until 2023. Then, when I stood in front of the camera, I experienced a thrill and joy that moved my heart, and I decided that I wanted to follow that excitement in the years ahead.
