Hello, I’m U, a Japanese model. I have played tennis since I was young, which taught me discipline, consistency, and the importance of taking care of myself. During university, I came to Korea as an exchange student. It was there that I was introduced to modeling through a friend and had my first experience in a photoshoot. What began as a new experience gradually grew into a genuine passion, and I began to seriously consider pursuing modeling as a career. After completing my exchange program, I returned to Japan and graduated from university. However, my desire to become a professional model remained strong. I worked part-time to save money for my career and eventually returned to Korea, building on the relationships I had developed with photographers I had previously worked with here. I am now pursuing modeling professionally in Korea. One of my greatest strengths is my distinctive look and my ability to express a wide range of moods and concepts. I have worked across various styles, including Natural, Mode, Genderless, and Sports. I am particularly confident in runway walking and natural movement, using them to convey the character and identity of each garment and brand. I have walked in Seoul Fashion Week for CARUSO, KwakHyunJoo Collection, DOUCAN, KIMOUOI, and SLING STONE, gaining experience with a variety of brands and runway environments. I have also worked on editorial, brand, and other fashion shoots, continuously developing my ability to express myself in front of the camera and adapt to different working environments. Currently based in Korea, I am focused on expanding my experience and taking on new challenges. My goal is to work in the global fashion markets of Paris, Milan, and London and ultimately become a high-fashion model with an international career. I am someone who takes action when I set a goal and continues to work toward it with determination. I believe that every experience and challenge is an opportunity to grow, and I will continue to develop my own identity and potential as a model. Thank you.
