Hello, My name is Hwa Young-jin. I was born in 1989. I know, I’m not young anymore. I began with the film The Fashion King in 2014, and I have continued to persevere and work as an actor ever since. I am an ordinary person. I did not major in acting, nor have I performed on the theater stage. I have simply lived by pursuing my dream of becoming an actor while making a living, and that is still how I live today. From a company’s perspective, I may not offer any obvious advantages. However, I do have strengths of my own. I am tall, and my appearance is reasonably well suited to professional roles, so I have played many professionals, including prosecutors, police officers, sheriffs, and secretaries. I believe I could be useful if my character is developed in that direction. My specialties include a native Busan dialect, English at a level that allows everyday conversation and free-talking with foreigners, singing, which I majored in, piano, guitar, and composition. Let me talk about the most important thing: my acting. Yes, I am not exceptionally outstanding. However, I have sometimes been told that I perform well on set, and even in brief appearances, I have always fulfilled my role naturally, as if everything were flowing effortlessly. Finally, I would like to share my honest feelings. I believe I have a great deal of potential, and I believe I can do well with just a little support.
