Kang Jeong (pen name) has been active as a poet since 1992. He is the author of ten collections of poetry and six collections of essays. In addition to his literary career, he has appeared in the independent short films Under the Cherry Blossom Shade and Hidden Light. His stage performances include Halo Around the Moon, Fly, Fly, Just Once, Please, Mountain Cemetery, Genesis, and The Million-Year History of the Galactic Wars. He has also been a regular radio panelist on numerous programs, including World Music Journey on EBS FM, demonstrating his wide-ranging engagement with literature, theater, film, and broadcasting
