I am actor Kang Damin, who comes alive in front of the camera. I originally dreamed of becoming an idol and began a long period of trainee life at the age of 14. Having entered the workforce at an early age, I am able to adapt quickly to any environment. During my trainee years, I gained on-set experience by participating in the survival audition programs “Produce 48 (2018)” and “CAP-TEEN (2020),” and I made my debut in a girl group and spent approximately two years (2022–2024) active as an idol. Acting, which I began while preparing for university entrance, changed my life significantly. I grew to love it even more, and after my idol career, I immediately began pursuing acting full-time. I continue to take on challenges in theater, short films, commercials, and more, seeking to build as much on-set experience as possible whenever opportunities arise. I still have much to learn and need more experience to develop greater depth as an actor, but I am not afraid of challenges, so I hope to continue acting steadily in the future.
