About
Hello, I’m actor Park Eun-joo. When I act, rather than simply reproducing a character, I consider it important to sincerely understand and convey the core of that person’s emotions. For me, acting is a process that comes before technique: looking deeply into a character and bringing their feelings to life within myself. That is why I focus on the flow of emotions and genuine reactions that feel real, rather than exaggerated expressions. I have built a solid foundation through my musical theatre studies, and I believe the concentration and ability to maintain an emotional flow that I developed on stage naturally carry over in front of the camera as well. In media acting especially, I feel that subtle eye movements and breathing determine the emotion, so I work hard not to overlook those details. I am still in the process of learning, but I firmly uphold my commitment to acting sincerely in every moment. I want to grow into an actor who portrays each given character with a strong sense of responsibility. Thank you.

Career
For the play <So What>, I oversaw the entire production as the representative producer and also participated directly as an actor. In this small-theatre experimental production, I played Kim Bok-soon, building the character around her lifelike speech patterns and emotional flow. The production was created as a selected project of the Chungnam Arts Support Program. As the representative producer, I was responsible for the planning, coordination, and overall operations, while also appearing on stage as an actor. Within the flexible structure characteristic of experimental theatre, I coordinated the direction of the production and the flow of the performances, gaining hands-on experience throughout the creative process.
I am currently participating as an actor in a family theatre production, playing Grandma Class President. Within a story centered on family, I portray generational perspectives and emotions found in everyday life, building the character through realistic speech and behavioral details. Through this work, I am broadening my range as an actor by understanding the emotions and relationships between different generations and exploring how subtle emotional nuances are expressed in ordinary situations.
