I am Ahn Hyung-joo, a man born in 1981. I have often been told that my face embodies the coexistence of good and evil. I have experience taking on a wide range of roles, from professionals who wear suits—such as prosecutors, lawyers, doctors, and members of the National Assembly—to occupations associated with more casual clothing, including physical education teachers, boxing coaches, detectives, and ordinary middle-aged men. As a true Busan native, I am naturally fluent in the Gyeongsang-do dialect and can also convincingly perform the Jeolla-nam-do, Pyeongan-do, and Yanbian dialects. Like my nickname, “a jovial man who knows style and the pleasures of life,” I aspire to be a talented actor and a good person who can bring cheerful energy to every set.
