I am actor Seo Young Jo, steadily building my filmography in both supporting and leading roles across films and series. I played ‘Seo Ji-woo’ in the film ＜Gwisi＞ and appeared as the female lead ‘Marie’ in ＜Twenty Days of Haneulyeondal＞, an invited selection at the 27th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. I have also played central characters in a variety of productions, including Sun-hee in ＜The Gaze of Memory＞ and Gina in the upcoming film ＜Personality Murder＞. My experience spans a wide range of sets, from dramas such as ＜Oh! Young-shim＞ and ＜The Dream of the Sunfish Prince＞ to the interactive drama ＜Superpower Detective Do Eun-ha＞, as well as commercials and music videos. I want to be an actor who does not easily discard things that are usually overlooked or thrown away. Seo Ji-woo | The protagonist’s friend A friend close to the protagonist, she is a realistic character who contrasts with the story’s surreal horror. Rather than expressing her emotions excessively, I focused on natural exchanges and reactions that feel true to a real friendship.
Marie | Female lead I played ‘Marie,’ who was adopted from Korea to Japan and lives with long-standing psychological difficulties. Carrying wounds related to her past and identity, she visits a campsite, where she meets Isaac and faces an unexpected relationship and series of events. Rather than defining a wounded character through a single emotion, I sought to express Marie’s complex inner world, where anxiety, wariness, and a desire for connection coexist. An official competition selection at the 27th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
Gina | Female lead I played ‘Gina,’ the central character in director Rainer’s feature film ＜Personality Murder＞. Following the character’s psychology as it changes through the events she experiences, as well as the tension within her relationships, I sought to express Gina’s complex emotional arc with depth and dimension.

Soo-jin | Lead I played ‘Soo-jin’ in the short-form drama ＜The Fake Heiress’s Dangerous Savior＞, where secrets, desires, and relationships between characters shift rapidly. Even within the short runtime, I focused on clearly conveying Soo-jin’s emotions and relationships by sharply expressing the changing emotional temperature and rhythm of each scene.
