Hi I am Dayeong Sung. If I were to highlight my biggest strengths, they would be my optimism, empathy, and open-mindedness. ​Rather than getting discouraged by challenges, I tend to tackle them with a positive mindset. Living in Brazil for three years was a turning point for me—interacting with the locals really shaped my optimistic perspective on life. This mindset proved invaluable later on, giving me the resilience to stay focused and keep pushing forward when studying for the TOEIC exam. ​By nature, I am thoughtful and observant, which helps me naturally step into other people's shoes and understand their perspectives. Building this kind of genuine rapport allows me to communicate effectively with others and adapt seamlessly to new environments. ​Growing up with a sibling seven years younger, I often took on a mentorship role in place of my mother. In the beginning, my approach wasn't always perfect, and we had our fair share of disagreements. But instead of blaming my sibling, I took time to reflect on how I could improve. Learning to choose my words carefully, adjust my tone, and truly consider their point of view not only resolved our conflicts, but also shaped how I build and manage relationships in general. ​I am eager to bring these personal strengths and my strong work ethic to this role.
