Hello. I am 22-year-old Jooha Kim. I am someone who has held onto the dream of becoming an idol longer and more sincerely than anyone. I have loved singing and dancing ever since I was young. Rather than letting that feeling remain a simple passion, I have shaped the direction of my life around music and the stage in order to make that dream come true. I chose a practical music-related path in high school, and I also entered a university program where I could learn singing and dancing and grow more professionally. Many people talk about their dreams, but I can confidently say that I have taken real action to pursue mine. I applied to countless auditions and continued to challenge myself. I also experienced life as an entertainment trainee, working hard to develop the skills and mindset needed to stand on stage. There were times when the results were disappointing and moments when I wanted to give up, but whenever that happened, I found myself singing and dancing again. That is because, to me, becoming an idol is not simply a career—it is the dream I desire most deeply in life. To some people, being 22 may seem late. However, I do not think the time I have spent so far has been wasted. Through countless challenges, failures, and efforts, my passion for the stage has grown stronger, and my conviction in this path has deepened. Through singing and dancing, I want to give people strength, comfort, and happiness. I want to become the person who shines brightest on stage and an artist who becomes someone’s dream and hope. That is why I continue to challenge myself without giving up, even at this very moment. I am not someone who relies only on talent; I believe in the power of hard work. I am confident that I want my dream more desperately than anyone, love the stage more sincerely than anyone, and will never give up until the very end. My dream of becoming an idol is still unfolding. And today, too, I am moving forward by singing and dancing to turn that dream into reality. Someday, I will become an artist who can say on stage, “I’m glad I didn’t give up.”
