Hello, I’m Son Jeong-yeon, an actor and model born in 00. After three years of performing in Daehangno theater, I began with short films and am now primarily active in film and drama productions. When I’m not on set, I tend to focus on creating my own content. On YouTube, I mainly produce and upload concept videos and music videos, while on Instagram I primarily post relatable Reels content. I act because I want to become a good person. I believe that when you love someone, you can feel true love when you feel that the other person is making you a better person. I believe that feeling is possible not only between romantic partners but also within society. That is why, through acting, I want to be recognized as someone who ‘carries love in their heart.’ I meet the characters in each work with empathy for the diversity of its characters and the depth of emotion between them, approaching each role with the feeling that I am walking that path alongside them. As a result, I believe I have developed an acting style that is both approachable and nuanced. I have taken leading roles in numerous short films, carefully building each character’s emotional arc, and I am continuing to build a stable on-set rapport in dramas and web content as well. With a strong physical foundation based on contemporary dance, ballet, street dance, running, and CrossFit, I can adapt flexibly to roles requiring action and performance.
