I am actor Yoon Jin. I believe that the most important thing in acting is the eyes. I believe the eyes have the power to convey emotion before words and reveal even a character’s hidden feelings. Thankfully, people around me often say that my eyes hold many stories. So rather than simply delivering lines, I strive to become an actor who can express a character’s emotions and narrative through a gaze alone. Rather than leading with a strong impression, I want to be an actor who deeply portrays the resilience and sense of lack hidden within a character. I am drawn to characters who appear calm on the outside yet possess an inner strength that does not easily break, and I want to act by sincerely understanding their emotions. That is also the value I bring to acting. I will become an actor who does not miss even the smallest emotional moments and observes them through to the end, as well as an actor with eyes that remain long in the memory on screen. I will continue learning and challenging myself, sincerely showing the many different faces within me.
