For nearly 10 years, I have created theater for children and young people in many roles—as an actor, creator, and facilitator—moving between stages and workshop settings. Experiencing and responding to every moment of a young audience’s reactions with my whole body has taught me the meaning of “being together” more deeply than simply “acting.” This remains a core principle of both my acting and workshop facilitation. In addition to creating performances, I am especially skilled at planning and leading workshops that guide children and young people to express themselves through their bodies and language. These experiences have developed into a keen sensitivity to physical acting onstage and to spontaneous moments. More recently, I have expanded this body-based acting language into screen acting and preparation for open-ended acting auditions, focusing on creating performances with “real reactions” alive in any medium.
