About

I’m Seung Hyun Chae, an actor with extensive experience across independent films and theater. My screen work includes roles such as a mother, professor, and leading character in titles like Boundary Area, Swimming, and Dolhana, while my stage credits span classics including A Streetcar Named Desire (Blanche), Macbeth, and The Tempest. With strengths in physical and vocal expression—rooted in Taekwondo, pansori, and janggu—I also deliver natural Gyeongsang dialect performances.
