We are looking for people to become the face and mascots of Lotte World! Busan Lotte World Dancer A life with a stage every day. 2027 Lotte World Adventure Busan / Domestic Dancer Open Casting Some dancers wait for a stage just a few times a month. Some dancers prepare for months for a single performance, only to have a few stages left. But performers at a theme park are different. - There is an audience every day - The music starts every day - They take the stage every day. And through that repetition, they become better performers than they were yesterday. In 2027, we are recruiting domestic dancers and performers to create stages together with Abilitycus and Lotte World Adventure Busan. 📋 You’re a great fit if you… · Find fulfillment in bringing joy to audiences through dance on stage · Can perform designated choreography accurately and to a high standard · Can think about the quality of the entire team as much as your own performance · Want to create choreography yourself, or have experience creating choreography, beyond simply performing set routines 📋 Main responsibilities · Appear in performances and parades · Perform designated choreography · Rehearsals and performance practice · Interact with audiences 📋 Qualifications · Able to perform designated choreography · No restrictions on experience or educational background (newcomers may apply) · Able to wear stage costumes and engage in physical activity 🏠 Employment conditions · Employment period: December 18, 2026 – December 31, 2027 · Annual salary: Captain (KRW 30.8–33 million), Team member (KRW 28.7–31 million) · Location: 42 Dongbusangwangwang-ro, Gijang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan, Lotte World Adventure Busan · Working days/hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (due to the nature of a theme park, days off and commuting times may vary)

ABILICUS is a performance planning and operations company based in Seoul. We plan and produce a wide range of projects, including theme park performances, festivals, corporate events, and local cultural events. Our work covers artist casting and on-site operations. Rather than simply arranging performers, we are involved in the entire process of bringing a performance to life—from project planning and staffing to training and rehearsals, performance operations, and on-site management. Company Location Location: Seoul Metropolitan City Main project regions: Seoul, the greater Seoul area, and nationwide Current primary recruitment region: Busan Metropolitan City Depending on the nature of each project, we recruit performance personnel and artists nationwide. Main Projects ABILICUS plans and operates projects in the following areas: Theme park performances and parades Festivals and local cultural events Corporate events and promotions Seasonal performances and experiential content Domestic and international artist casting Performance production and on-site operations We are currently preparing the Lotte World Adventure Busan performance project and recruiting performance actors and character performers to join the project. ※ This project is currently in the bidding preparation stage. Recruitment and contracts are expected to proceed once the final operating company is selected. Main Recruitment Areas Performance Actors Performance actors appear in theme park performances and parades, bringing joy to visitors through dance, acting, and physical expression. Participation in theme park performances and parades Acting and performances according to assigned roles Participation in choreography and blocking rehearsals On-site communication with visitors Participation in seasonal performances and events Related experience or educational background is not required, and newcomers may apply. Applicants majoring in acting, dance, musical theatre, or performing arts, as well as those with performance experience, will be given preference. Character Performers Character performers wear character costumes and express the character’s personality and emotions through gestures, movements, and reactions instead of dialogue. Participation in character performances and parades Photo sessions and visitor assistance Expression of character-specific movements and gestures Participation in performance choreography and blocking rehearsals Maintaining the character’s image and performance standards Applicants may apply even without prior character performance experience. We welcome those with dance or acting experience, or those who are confident in physical expression and interacting with visitors. Height requirements may apply depending on the costume requirements for each role. Areas of Responsibility ABILICUS’s Performance Planning Team handles the following work by project: Performance and event planning Discovering and casting domestic and international artists Conducting auditions and selecting performers Performer contracts and schedule management Performance training and rehearsal operations On-site staffing and management Performance and parade operations Building technical staff teams for staging, sound, lighting, costumes, makeup, and other areas On-site support for performers and staff Visa, accommodation, entry, and daily-life support for international artists Team Size and Operating Structure ABILICUS consists of personnel responsible for performance planning, casting, production, and on-site operations. The current number of full-time employees is **approximately [00 people]**. When a project begins, we form project-specific teams in collaboration with specialists in each area, including performance actors, character performers, performance directors, stage, sound, lighting, and mechanical staff, as well as costume and makeup teams.
