🎻 Recruiting a Classical Ensemble for a Corporate Event We are recruiting a professional classical ensemble to perform at an official corporate event in Seoul. We are looking for a team capable of performing classical music suited to the refined atmosphere of formal corporate events and receptions. Preference will be given to ensembles with reliable performance skills and experience performing at events. ■ Event Details - Event date: October 26, 2026 (Mon) - Event time: 18:00–20:00 - Location: Seoul - Event type: Official corporate event / reception - Meal provided ※ The actual performance will be arranged in sets according to the event schedule. Detailed performance times and the rehearsal/call time will be discussed with the selected team. ■ Position Classical ensemble / ensemble group Preferred configurations: - String trio - String quartet - Piano trio - Violin + viola + cello - 2 violins + viola + cello - Classical ensemble including piano/keyboard - Other classical configurations suitable for corporate events Professional ensembles of 3–5 members are preferred. ■ Performance Fee 1,500,000 KRW per 4-member ensemble ※ Based on the full event time of 18:00–20:00 ※ Final number of performances and set 구성 will be discussed ※ For 3-member or ensembles of 5 or more, the fee will be discussed depending on the number of performers and configuration ※ Any special arrangements or additional rehearsals required must be discussed in advance ※ Meal provided ■ Repertoire The program will focus on classical and classical crossover repertoire that enhances the elegance of the event. Examples: - Classical masterpieces - Film OSTs - Well-known classical pieces - Pop/jazz arrangements of classical music - Background-music-style performances suitable for receptions and dinners As this is a corporate event, we prefer sophisticated, relaxed, and accessible repertoire rather than an overly heavy program. ■ Qualifications - Classical music majors and professional performers - Teams capable of performing live - Preference for performers with experience at corporate events / hotels / VIP events / brand events / weddings, etc. - Teams able to perform flexibly according to the atmosphere and flow of the event - Ability to prepare neat and formal stage attire - Teams able to adhere to the event and rehearsal schedules ■ Materials to Submit 1.
